Home care and Home health services is sometimes used interchangeably. There is a difference in home care and home health services. Home care services can refer to non-skilled workers. Home health services always refer to those skilled services provided under the direction of a Physician. Home care are usually maintenance and long term. Home health is short term care.

What is Home Healthcare?

Home Health care is services provided to those who can’t leave their home due to a medical condition or disability. The goal is to promote healing and continue the care as an option to being hospitalized. Services range from physical and occupational therapy, skilled nursing, personal care, to minor lab draws and etc. These are services provided under the direction of a Physician’s care.

Are you licensed by the state?

YES. WE ARE LICENSED BY THE STATE OF MISSOURI to provide personal care assistance and homemaker-home health aide/companionship services to clients in their home or place of residence.

What payment options do I have?

We accept many different forms of payment. If you have insurance to pay for services we will work with your insurance company. If you aren’t insured or underinsured meaning don’t have coverage for homecare or home healthcare we do take private pay. Missouri Medicaid is accepted for Managed Care (United Healthcare and Home State Health), Missouri In-home Care and Missouri Consumer Directed Services CDS, VA, and Workers Compensation. If your insurance company is not listed don’t worry we will work with them. Medicare is pending.

How soon can I start services?

What is respite care?

Respite care is short term relief for primary caregivers. The purpose is to give caregivers a break or rest. Maybe the caregiver needs time for themselves to rejuvenate. How many hours each day and days per week are required?

Our resources are available for any number of hours a day or days per week. We don’t want our clients paying for something they don’t need. If a client just needs help bathing and getting dressed.
